Pricing questions

How much does weekly pool service cost in League City and Friendswood?

Pricing depends on pool size, tree cover, and whether the pool is salt or chlorine. We come to your home, look at the pool in person, and give you an exact price during a free on-site estimate.

What is the difference between full service and chemical only?

Full service covers cleaning and chemistry: skimming, brushing, vacuuming as needed, baskets, equipment check, and all standard chemicals. Chemical only means we test and dose the water and check the equipment, but you handle the physical cleaning.

Are chemicals included in the monthly price?

Yes. Standard chlorine, acid, alkalinity, and stabilizer adjustments are included in the monthly full-service rate. Specialty treatments like phosphate remover or a heavy algaecide program are quoted separately.

Do you require a contract?

No. Weekly service is month to month. You can pause or cancel with notice, and we do not use long-term agreements or cancellation fees.

Why does pool size change the price?

Larger pools hold more water, which means more chemical volume every week and more surface area to brush and vacuum. We price by gallon band so the rate matches the actual work.

Why is there a surcharge for heavy tree cover?

Pools under heavy oak or pecan canopy fill baskets faster, need more vacuuming, and load the filter harder. The surcharge covers the extra time and filter cleaning those pools require.

What does a green pool recovery cost?

Green pool recovery is quoted after we see the water, because the price depends on how far gone the pool is, the current stabilizer level, and whether a partial drain is required. Most pools clear in three to five days.
